nvicta is the best green fruit gooseberry variety for fresh eating. It is a very sweet gooseberry that ripens in late spring or early summer. 

It is resistant to mildew and frost. It is susceptible to leaf spot, so plant it in an area with good air drainage. It can lose leaves in humid areas in August but grows well the following spring. 

Space @ 4' circles. 

Grows well in zones 4-7. 

They are grown in 3.25" deep pots and are around 4-6 inches tall.
