Sweet Potato Starts - Orange Fleshed Variety (Plants or Bare-Root Slips)

We can only ship to warm temperatures (day/night over 35 F).

Growing Conditions:
Light: Full or a little less than full Sun
Planting: Soil temperature should be at least 60°F. This will be several weeks after your last frost.
Height: 12 inches
Spread: 5' plus in every direction. Let them sprawl, do NOT trellis.
Growing: Needs 120-135 growing time for maximum harvest
Harvest: Before the first frost. Allow them to cure for several weeks before use.

Sweet Potato Plants are in 3.25" pots or bare-root slips. 

Can only ship bare-root to California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and Mississippi.

Cannot ship any sweet potato products to Alabama and Arkansas.

Plants will be delivered in the pot sizes listed/selected.  The mature plants shown in the pictures are significantly larger than the 2.5"-3.5" pots in which we ship plants.  Some plants will flower in these pots, but most do not.  Plants flower when they naturally flower for the period they naturally flower.  Most flowers do not flower all year.

Plants are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery.  If you have a question or issue with the plant upon delivery, please message us and include a photo so we can address it.   Things can happen during shipments that no one can control, but we insure all plants for these issues.  Once a healthy plant is delivered, we are happy to answer questions, but we cannot be held responsible for the care it receives.
