A rare Italian chicory with a blush-pink heart, crisp texture, and gently bitter flavor.
Rosa di Veneto develops its distinctive rosy center as temperatures cool in fall. Young plants are green; pink coloring develops as plants mature in cool weather. It can be enjoyed fresh, grilled, roasted, or lightly wilted.

Shipping temperatures: The ideal temperature range for shipping plants is 40°F–85°F. Outside this range, plants can freeze or overheat in transit, whether near your destination or along the shipping route. Temperature extremes are the leading cause of plant losses during shipping.
