Lemon balm is valued as a fragrant culinary and cosmetic herb. Use fresh sprigs to top drinks and as garnishes on salads and main dishes. The fresh or dried leaves make a great cold or hot tea, and the dried leaves can be used in potpourris. Plants are happy in full sun to part shade. They are very adaptable.
Plants are grown in 3.25" deep pots. Plants will be dormant before April and sent as bare-root plants. Plants will be small in spring, larger in late spring.
