Trumpet Honeysuckle is a native climbing vine with red tubular flowers in spring. Hummingbirds, butterflies, bees, and other pollinators may visit the flowers.

Germination Notes
Soaking the seeds in warm water for about 24 hours followed by about 30 days of cold-moist stratification can support germination. After stratification, sow in a moist growing medium and allow several weeks for germination. Germination timing and percentage vary with seed and conditions.
Seeds will not germinate without stratification. Natural Stratification outside with freeze/thaw cycles is best, or use a refrigerator. If the fridge method doesn't work, you can use the outside method afterward, as long as the seeds didn't rot.
